In this site, you can find our CT-MRI atlases of developing mouse brains starting from P7 to adult. You can also find our prototype navigation software called Atlas View. By combining these two resources, you can use them to navigate stereotaxic devices for needle ot electrode guidance. For the adult atlas, you can find an evolved version of AtlasView, called AtlasGuide. This software has several important improvement for stereotaxic guidance.
